Mediation service: to resolve a dispute, terms of your separation or cohabitation agreement, etc.
Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process, where you and your spouse can meet with an independent third party (Mediator) to discuss and work out an agreement such as a separation agreement or dispute between you. The Mediator does not render decisions, but will guide you through a process where you will explore options and make decision that will resolve your dispute. A guided mediation will help you resolve all issues relating to the breakdown of your relationship, based on the legislation surrounding family law, and culminating in a separation agreement. Mediation to obtain a separation agreement avoids the litigious environment of proceeding through courts and can ultimately save clients’ money.
